The University of Warsaw is complying with the Law on Ensuring Accessibility for Persons with Special Needs and is constantly improving the architectural accessibility of its buildings.
The University has dozens of facilities of various accessibility levels used for teaching, research and administrative activities. Most of the buildings are grouped in three campuses in Warsaw, while a few facilities are located outside the capital, including in the Mazurian Mountains, the Tatra Mountains, Białowieża and the Swietokrzyskie Mountains (research stations, holiday centers and creative work houses for employees, educational centers, etc.).
